What do we have to do?
TCIT-U is implemented in a cohort format, with up to 4 teachers per cohortCohorts run approximately 12 weeks*, including four 3-hour didactic workshops, 15 minutes of weekly coaching, and progress monitoring
Weekly coaching enhances training by supporting implementation of skills through real-time feedback using a bug-in-the-ear system
TCIT is evidence-based; see www.tcit.org for more details and overview video
* Program length is dependent on skill aquisition as defined by teachers’ ability to reach proficiency criteria
