Clinical Services

I am a licensed clinical psychologist. In addition to serving Pennsylvanians in person and via telehealth, I’m certified to work with anyone residing in a PSYPACT-participating state.

My clinical training has focused on the implementation of evidence-based interventions across a variety of settings (i.e., community-based outpatient clinics, adolescent inpatient unit, intensive outpatient program, partial hospitalization program, research trials). I have provided direct services in person and via telehealth to preschoolers, school-aged children, adolescents, adults, and families in both individual and group formats. I’m well-equipped to address the following concerns:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety/Phobias

  • Depression

  • Disruptive Behaviors

  • Identity

  • Life Transitions

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

  • Parenting

  • Pregnancy/Postpartum

  • Trauma

Specialties

My practice is non-judgmental, person-centered, individualized, and focused on promoting functional change. I conceptualize cases through developmental and trauma-informed lenses, bringing awareness to environmental factors at play in the evolution and maintenance of reported symptoms. Work together will involve behavioral experiments to increase approach orientation and cognitive flexibility, two cornerstones of wellbeing. I am collaborative in treatment planning and goal setting.

I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), as well as other evidence-based modalities to address any presenting problem:
